NZXT Email Sign-up Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The NZXT PC Case Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of United States America, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of NZXT ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 2/12/26 at 00:00 PST and ends on 3/15/26 at 00:00 PST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
3. HOW TO ENTER (UP TO 2 ENTRIES)
Eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period via the following methods:
●    Initial Entry (Email): Visit NZXT.com and follow the instructions to provide your email address and join the NZXT email marketing list. Upon successful signup, you will receive one (1) entry.
●    Bonus Second Entry (SMS): After providing your email, follow the prompts to provide your mobile phone number and opt-in to receive NZXT SMS marketing messages. Successfully opting into SMS will grant you one (1) additional entry (for a total of two entries). Unsubscribing will still be valid entry. 
SMS Disclosure: By providing your mobile number, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from NZXT Inc., Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
4. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning; however, participants who opt-in to both Email and SMS will have two (2) entries in the drawing, statistically increasing their individual odds compared to single-entry participants.
5. THE PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
●    Prize: One (1) H9 Flow RGB+ PC Case
●    Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $290
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. TAXES
The Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes (including income and sales taxes), as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein. If the prize value exceeds $600, the Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 3/17. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide required verification (such as a shipping address or tax forms), or fails to respond within the required time period, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the Sponsor’s use of your personal information for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s https://nzxt.com/policies/privacy-policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your entry status.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless NZXT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
