Warranty Length
- New NZXT computer cases, temperature meters, fans, lighting, monitors, accessories, and cables carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor.
- NZXT peripherals including keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, capture card, microphone (Capsule series) , and the audio products (Relay Headset, Relay Subwoofer, Relay Speakers, and SwitchMix) carry a 2-year warranty.
- NZXT Gold power supplies carry a 10-year warranty and the Bronze power supplies carry a 5-year warranty.
- NZXT Kraken Elite and Kraken Plus Series liquid coolers carry a 6-year warranty and the Kraken Core RGB carry a 5-year warranty.
- The NZXT Performance Fans Fan series and RGB Core Fan single-frame (240, 280, 360 & 420mm) series carry a 5-year warranty.
- The NZXT Quiet Airflow, Static Pressure, RGB, RGB Core (120/140) and RGB Duo fan series carry a 2-year warranty.
- NZXT motherboards carry a 3-year warranty, excluding the N7 Z370 and N7 Z390 which carry a 4-year extended warranty.
- All NZXT Certified Refurbished NZXT brand products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

If you appreciate a simple design, this is the perfect choice. The pump is very quiet, even at high speed. The display isn't excessively large, but it's also small. The resolution is high, and uploading GIF background images is simple. Various display options are available, so there's something for everyone. I have the pump in white.

System cools significantly as advertised. However, my system hangs on boot when the AIO system is plugged into the proper USB header. Boots up fine when ever I unplug the AIO. This problem persists no matter which USB header on the mother board I use.
SO, I have to unplug the NZXT Kraken 280 Elite from the mother board - then turn the PC on - and it boots up fine every single time. I then plug the NZXT Kraken system back in and run the software. After that, everything works fine. Kind of sucks but at least I can use the system and it works very, very well.
CPU temp before product use: 120-130 Degrees F.
CPU temp after product use: 86-90 Degrees F.
Really helpful that this NZXT CAM system recognizes and allows me to regulate the GPU fan whose temps as a result have gone from 180 degrees F to 115 degrees F.
I'm running window 10 on a ROG Revision 5 Edition 10 mother board.
Note: I troubleshot everything before resorting to the unplug/replug method:
Changed out the CMOS battery after discharging.
Reseated all eight sticks of ram (128GB).
Reseated all power supply connections.
Switched out Graphics cards.
Removed one of two graphics cards to eliminate SLI issues if any.
Switched which USB header the Kraken unit was plugged in to.
Verified BIOS settings for USB headers.
Verified USB status in Device Manager.
Happy with the cooler. Not complaining, just informing.

Very solid cooler. My CPU idles at 43 deg, 70 under load (cinebench).
Only thing I would recommend is to locate the integrated connector towards the backside of the case so that it's easy to hide. I built a BTF pc and tried to minimize cable being visible but this connector kinda sticks out on my H9 Flow case.

I replaced my Kraken with this Elite RGB AIO. I can tell you that it works better than the prior version and has more consistent temperatures. I have used others in the past but they did not work as well as this one. Thanks, NZXT, for making a great product.

Very very good Display!
Build Quality is rly good too!
The RGB Ring is rly bad imo. It took months for NZXT to fix the Problem with the RGB Ring when using a big GIF. Rly Hard to set up white lightning.
The worst is the Pump. Its super loud. I have a Noctua Fan Set Up, that makes the Pump Jump out Even more! Cooling isnt better then other AIO. I gonna buy another AIO but Not a Kraken anymore.
