No response to customer service
I requested a RAM/CPU update prior to my order being processed and shipped. 3 days passed and the order was shipped by then I was contacted and informed it was too late to upgrade my parts. I was then told to wait till the item was delivered and wait for a return shipping label to send back. Once I received the PC I added in my open ticket that I was ready for a shipping label. It has been another 3 days and have yet to hear back or receive a shipping label to begin my refund. I understand times can be busy, but now I have a PC not to the build of my liking sitting waiting to be returned.

Where is customer service?
After setting up my PC, the AMD software prompted me for to auto overlock. The system restarted itself after initiating it and stop displaying a picture on the screen. The help guide that comes in the box gives you a QR to scan for help that is no longer in service and nobody answers the given phone number. I went to submit a tech support request and it told me to go further, I need to check my email. There is nothing in my email. Legit had this PC for two hours :(

Haven't played on PC in quite some time, but I've been on the hunt for a good gaming PC for years. I didn't want to build something and just wanted a soldier setup right out of the box. The Player One Prime checked all those boxes. Incredible machine, super easy to set up and get right to business. The price point was very fair for the hardware included. Id recommend the Player One Prime and NZXT to anyone looking for plug-and-play power.
