Eligible products qualify for a refund or exchange only with an authorized RMA number and the item is returned to the NZXT.com Store inventory within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not allowed beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
The NZXT.com Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, simply submit a request.
Warranty Length
- New NZXT computer cases, temperature meters, fans, lighting, monitors, accessories, and cables carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor.
- NZXT peripherals including keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, capture card, microphone (Capsule series) , and the audio products (Relay Headset, Relay Subwoofer, Relay Speakers, and SwitchMix) carry a 2-year warranty.
- NZXT Gold power supplies carry a 10-year warranty and the Bronze power supplies carry a 5-year warranty.
- NZXT Kraken X and Kraken Z Series liquid coolers carry a 6-year warranty and the Kraken M22 and Kraken 120 carry a 3-year warranty.
- NZXT motherboards carry a 3-year warranty, excluding the N7 Z370 and N7 Z390 which carry a 4-year extended warranty.
- All NZXT Certified Refurbished NZXT brand products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

The case is very well designed and easy to use. Very spacious in the back for cable management. Also the gaps between the main portion of the case and the back side are plenty wide to get cables through (beside the motherboard, under the motherboard for bottom mount fans, etc). There is also tons of clearance between the top of the motherboard and the 360mm AIO radiator and fans that I bought separately. All in all very use to use. Beautiful design.

made an acrylic plate to mount 2x 240 mmx30mm rads at the bottom and angle intake.
installed a 360mmx40mm at the top. 700l/m pump but running at 50% fans running at 65%
quiet costum loop. my 7900xtx is running at 550w and tempatures are 40c gpu, 70c hotspot.
love the look.

Clean and easy to build in. Just disappointed with the black wires built into the PC when connecting them to the motherboard when you’re going for an all white look.

I build a lot of pcs and I am rarely concerned with internal aesthetics. As long as cable management is sufficient to allow airflow I am usually happy. However this machine was going to be my personal machine going in my home office. It was replacing a 7+ year old 8th gen I7 in a Thermaltake Dokker case that probably hasn't had it's side panels attached more than a few months during that whole seven year run. So I wanted to treat myself to a computer that was both attractive and well put together.
Let's start with the positives. Not only does it looks great. Building in this case is a dream. Everything is easily accessible. All the metal is finished with no sharp edges. Built in cable management is wonderful with included velcro straps under the motherboard tray across the top and down the inside front. The straps could have been a little longer but were adequate. In addition there are connection points for twist ties / zip ties. There is room for a large air cooler and/or for a 360mm radiator and also room for a large graphics card with both height and width to spare.
Neutral Item: It's bigger than expected. It looks narrower than it is in most pictures because the fans are angled away from the view and there is a lot of space under the motherboard. It looks like a mini tower but it much wider than that and takes up a fair chunk of space on the desk. Not marking off for that as that footprint has it's benefits. Cable management, cooling, design, and size are all terrific. All panels are easy to remove. Wraparound glass shows everything. Decent CPU cooler clearance. Current build has used this case for 10 months now and have not regretted it once.

I've had NZXT cases before, but this is the first time I've went with a white case. The "fish bowl" style allows me to showcase the build. The air flow is unique, but works well.
