NZXT Flex is a month-to-month gaming PC subscription—an alternative to buying or financing. The program provides access to a high-performance PC with the flexibility to swap tiers, refresh, or cancel anytime, plus full coverage for repairs and replacements.

Fragile is our trusted partner that manages the NZXT Flex subscription program from end to end. When you sign up for Flex, you're entering into an agreement with Fragile—they handle everything behind the scenes, including billing, account management, customer support, returns, data wiping, refreshes, and tier swaps. TL;DR: NZXT makes the gaming PCs, Fragile handles the rest.

Every NZXT Flex subscription includes:

• The choice between a like-new PC or a new PC (for a one-time fee)
• The ability to swap tiers, refresh, or cancel anytime
• Full coverage for repairs and replacements
• Dedicated technical support via phone, text, or email
• Full 2-year PC refresh through routine maintenance

Note: Peripherals are not included. You’ll need to provide your own monitor, keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and/or headset/speakers.

NZXT Flex is built on transparent pricing—no hidden fees, and shipping is always included.

• Monthly Payment: Based on the PC tier you choose. Your monthly price is protected and won’t increase unless you switch to a different tier.
• Like-New PC: A refurbished PC is included with every subscription. You’ll only pay the monthly fee—nothing extra to get started.

Optional one-time fees:

• New PC fee: Applies if you choose a brand-new PC—at checkout, during a refresh, or when switching tiers.
• Swap fee: Applies if you refresh early (before your included 2-year refresh) or switch to a different tier. If you choose a new PC during a refresh or swap, the New PC Fee applies as well.

Note: Exact fee amounts vary by tier and condition. You’ll always see the full cost before confirming any changes.

• Like-new PC: A refurbished system with varied parts that meets strict quality standards. It will always meet or exceed the minimum specs for its tier.
• New PC: Brand-new, factory-fresh system with the exact listed parts, including CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and case.

With NZXT Flex, you may become eligible for a 2-year refresh through our routine maintenance program—giving you the opportunity to receive the latest version of the PC in your tier at no extra cost at or before the two-year mark.

Want something sooner? Eligible subscribers can refresh anytime by paying a one-time swap fee (the same as switching tiers). Every Anytime Refresh comes with a like-new PC, just like starting a new subscription. Prefer a brand-new PC instead? Just add a New PC Fee on top of the swap fee.

Yes! You can cancel anytime—just contact NZXT Flex support to start the return process. Your subscription will end after your current billing cycle, with no further charges.

Returning your PC is easy and fully covered—just use the provided shipping label and original packaging to send it back. Got rid of your packaging? Reach out to support—they can send a replacement for a small fee.

Yes! Just reach out to the NZXT Flex support team to swap tiers. You’ll return your current PC and choose a like-new or brand-new model from your preferred tier. A Swap Fee applies, and if you select a brand-new PC, the New PC Fee applies as well. Once you make the switch, your monthly payment will update based on your new tier.

We guarantee the PC will perform as expected. If issues arise, contact NZXT Flex support—they’ll troubleshoot, repair, or replace it at no extra cost.

No. NZXT Flex is a subscription. You’re paying for access to a gaming PC with no long-term commitment. Every plan also includes full coverage and the flexibility to refresh or swap PCs.

If you’d rather own, we offer NZXT Player PCs that you can purchase outright or pay over time.

• Your first monthly payment (plus any applicable one-time fees) is processed when your subscription is approved.
• Your billing cycle starts when your PC is delivered.
• Future payments are charged on the same date each month.

No, applying for NZXT Flex won’t impact your credit. Fragile doesn’t perform hard credit checks. A soft check may be used for verification, but it won’t affect your score.

To be eligible for Flex, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid U.S. government-issued ID
• Live in the contiguous U.S. (not available in AK, HI, or U.S. territories)
• Use a credit or debit card (prepaid cards like CashApp or Visas are not accepted)

Approval isn’t guaranteed. Fragile reviews standard risk factors during the application process and takes strong measures to protect the experience for all users. There’s a zero-tolerance policy for clear cases of fraud or abuse.

If a device is reported as lost, stolen, or broken beyond repair, Fragile may retrieve certain information, such as the most recent IP address, to verify the claim and assist in recovery. This information is limited to protect privacy.

Non-payment or late payments are not considered fraud on their own, but failure to return a device after cancellation will be treated as abusive behavior. In such cases, Fragile may remotely restrict access to the device. For more details, please refer to the Fraud and Abuse Policy.

Yes—your data belongs to you. We take privacy seriously and never keep, share, or sell any personal data from your device—period.

Before returning your NZXT Flex PC, we recommend backing up your files and wiping the system. It’s the best way to protect your privacy and make sure you’ve saved everything you need.

Once your PC is received, Fragile follows strict, industry-standard procedures to securely wipe the device.

Every NZXT Flex PC is guaranteed to perform within 10% of the listed FPS based on popular games and monitor resolutions.

• Like-New PCs: FPS is based on the minimum CPU and GPU of that tier.
• New PCs: FPS is based on the exact CPU and GPU in the system.

If your PC falls below this standard, we’ll troubleshoot or replace it for free.

No, user modifications aren’t allowed. Any upgrades or repairs are managed by NZXT and Fragile to maintain peak performance and ensure full support. Once a PC is returned, it will eventually go back into rotation to meet the standards for future users.

However, if we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts through various channels over an extended period of time (typically 60-180 days), we will need to begin the access suppression process, which may involve restricting PC access or requiring its immediate return.
