Für berechtigte Produkte ist eine Rückerstattung oder ein Umtausch nur mit einer autorisierten RMA-Nummer möglich, sofern der Artikel innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf an den NZXT.com Store zurückgegeben wird. Nach Ablauf von 30 Tagen nach dem Kaufdatum sind keine Rücksendungen mehr möglich.

Garantiedauer
- Für neue Computergehäuse, Temperaturmessgeräte, Lüfter, Beleuchtung, Monitore, Zubehör und Kabel von NZXT gilt ab Kaufdatum eine 2-jährige Garantie auf Teile und Arbeitsleistung.
- Für NZXT-Peripheriegeräte wie Tastatur, Maus, Mauspad, Capture Card, Mikrofon (Capsule-Serie) und Audioprodukte (Relay-Headset, Relay-Subwoofer, Relay-Lautsprecher und SwitchMix) gilt eine Garantie von 2 Jahren.
- Auf die Gold-Netzteile von NZXT gibt es eine 10-jährige Garantie und auf die Bronze-Netzteile eine 5-jährige Garantie.
- Für die Flüssigkeitskühler der Serien NZXT Kraken X und Kraken Z gilt eine Garantie von 6 Jahren und für Kraken M22 und Kraken 120 eine Garantie von 3 Jahren.
- Für NZXT-Motherboards gilt eine Garantie von 3 Jahren. Ausgenommen hiervon sind N7 Z370 und N7 Z390, für die eine erweiterte Garantie von 4 Jahren gilt.
- Für alle zertifizierten generalüberholten Produkte der Marke NZXT gilt eine einjährige Garantie ab Kaufdatum auf Teile und Arbeitsleistung. Für Ersatzprodukte gilt die Garantie für den Rest der Garantiezeit oder 30 Tage, je nachdem, welcher Zeitraum länger ist. Für den Garantieservice ist ein Kaufnachweis erforderlich.

Mainly writing this review to get this info out there, as I've only had these for less than an hour.
I was very dismayed that the headset was extremely quiet and flat when paired with the Switchmix. No amount of reseating and volume setting tweaking seemed to address that until I tried flipping the cable around so that the inline control was closer to the headphones. Immediately they're louder and have much better sound quality and depth.
If you're just unboxing these and confused, make sure the cable is the right way around! To NZXT, this might be a good reason to include a minimal physical setup manual just to point out. All of the photos and diagrams show this correctly, but it's not something I considered when assembling the device.

Only the right side of the headphones worked and to top it off I had to adjust a lot of my input and output settings to get it working properly.

The build/materials feel really nice but the audio is not so good. It doesn’t get very loud at all even turned up all the way and game audio up all the way. Plus the sound is very flat and makes it feel like you’re gaming on cheap $10 checkout lane headphones. Already submitted a request to return and waiting on a response from NZXT.

Have had my nzxt headphones for a bit, pared with their microphone and it looks and sounds exceptional for the price. I will use both till they explode!!

There is to much sound suppression on the mic, and the headphones squeez to much on the ears and the sound of the speakers in the headset if i turn it down then the sound only comes out of one side of the headphones. the packaging was actually really nice though. I think that you should avoid the 40mm headphone jack it’s not that great.

First off the headset itself sounds very low quality, and second the mic on it doesn't even work i had warranty on this thing and they sent me TWO different headsets and on both of them the mic didn't even pick up audio. I also did some test to see if it was my computer or some other issue that was the problem and i confirmed that it was indeed the mic itself that comes with the headset that didn't work.

Very good for the price point, aesthetically pleasing, but man oh man was I not happy at first, the headset takes some time to “break in” as it were, so for the first week of using it frankly it sounded terrible and muffled. Only after a week of use and blasting loud music in it did it finally sort of start to get better, now a few weeks on it sounds great.
