I am new to the world of gaming PCs. Watched a few videos and got a grasp and was a little intimidated to build my own on the first try.
Bought the Player One as a starter PC with two monitors. For the price, the quality was fantastic. It shipped sooner than I thought it would. And the set up was so easy with the instructions. I would definitely recommend to anybody new at this.

The over all product is a big upgrade from my last rig. Coming from a 1660 to a 5060 the difference is night and day. Fedex was a headache, but NZXT did not disappoint

I have never received the product and have had several conversations with customer service telling me they are working on it and asked for my refund and they have never responded back after that.

Good PC, no issues, all the specs are decent, no IED power supplies or cheapo motherboard like some other company's offerings. But still there are three things that you need to do:
1: Buy the upgraded GPU version. 3050 is obsolete at this point, 5060 is just fine, get the 5060 if you want to play any modern games with decent framerate. Not even that much more money.
2: Tweak the BIOs. For this PC, XMP and reBAR are not enabled by default, this means your PC comes partially handicapped. Make sure you go in the BIOS and change those two settings, especially XMP or you won't get the full speed of your RAM. Secure boot is not enabled either but that can be ignored if you don't play EA or RIOT titles.
3: Stock case fans are pretty bad, upgrade the case fans ASAP.
Do these and you are golden. Don't focus too much on the all the youtube flak, a good pc is a good pc.
