You’d think that after spending $4000, you would get a PC that has no issues after one year (maybe 2) and lasts longer than your previous pc that was 1/4th the price. After only a year or 2 of playing games on Steam and doing schoolwork, this PC has been issue after issue. Constant BSOD, games crashing, and company seems to have zero desire to help me out. I have tried every fix under the sun. I have reinstalled my graphics drivers, rolled back to previous driver versions, updated my BIOS, ran Memory Tests, ran CPU tests, even done clean Windows 11 installs and hard reset my computer. I even brought my PC to a repair shop where they charged me $150 dollars just for the fix to not work (but that’s another review). I’ve been extremely patient and tried to fix it, but it’s eaten up so much of my time that I cannot recommend this PC to ANYONE. I’ve contacted NZXT via their website chat to find some sort of solution and none of their fixes worked. I tried actually calling twice and was put on hold for ungodly amounts of time to no avail. I hope this review gets your attention NZXT and we can get this solved, but until then this has been the biggest waste of money that I have ever gotten.

This PC works great, arrived quickly, and was undamaged. I bought my first PC from NZXT when I was 14—it was a 2070 Super, and it worked well except for some minor bugs. Last year, I purchased a 4070 Ti build, which worked flawlessly, and now I’ve purchased their 5090 PC, which has also been flawless. I’ve been a customer for 8 years now, and I’ve never had a problem. Based on my experience, I can 100% recommend NZXT as a company.
The only complaint I have is that the AIO cooler feels a bit on the cheaper side. However, everything else has been excellent. I’d rate the PC 4.9/5 stars.

Buckle up, chooms—this setup is sick at 4K with max settings, no grainy nonsense, and input lag so nonexistent it’s like I’m predicting the future. Paired with a 240hz OLED screen pops with colors so vivid, I’m spotting campers from the next zip code. Frames? Flying faster than a Gulag win streak. Then there’s Cyberpunk 2077—Night City looks like a neon fever dream on max settings with ray tracing cranked. Every reflection, every cyberpsycho shootout feels like I’m living in 2077. Great build NZXT!!

Best PC I could put together and it works beautifully. It did take an extra week to ship, and I had to contact NZXT to inquire about it, but other than that, flawless. This is the 3rd PC I have ordered from NZXT. Love the H2 case and the customer service.
