I have a question, does NZXT also offer Ryzen CPUs for their Flex subscription builds or is it strictly Intel?

CPU started to overheat in just 6 days after it’s arrival and i used new thermal paste and it still didnt fixed the problem

In May I purchased a Player Three, which looks great! But it took me two months to get it running. This was not exactly intuitive and required a level of patience and knowledge of computer systems that I suspect few PC buyers have.
I experienced multiple Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) even with the most basic software and peripherals attached. I performed countless SFC and DISM checks, device manager and event manager inspections, installed all of the driver updates on ASUS driver hub, had all of the windows and NVDA updates installed and yet the system kept crashing. The system never generated a dump file. I had to perform four separate complete factory resets and went through the experience all over again each time.
Weeks later, the ASUS driver hub suggested that the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver needed an update. But of course the ASUS driver hub was unable to make the update. Instead I have to find the correct driver on the Intel website, download and manually install it. The NZXT website had an outdated MEI driver listed for download.
The system now seems stable, but I cringe every time I turn it on, expecting to see a return of the Blue Screens of Death.
NZXT has lost a lot of credibility in my eyes and I no longer expect a smooth experience with their products. Very disappointed.

My computer broke, I sent it in. Took a bit but they not only replaced the parts but one of the parts got upgraded for free! Very happy with the warranty and customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

NZXT used to let you build your PC with parts you actually wanted. That's no longer the case. Now you get whatever is laying around the shop. I can see myself building my next PC from Newegg again. Too bad.
