    Received Defective Refurb

    This is the first review I've ever written of any product.

    I have owned 3 player PCs in the past and currently have one for my 10-year-old. I decided to start gaming again with my 10-year-old and purchased a refurbished Player 2 Prime that's marketed as "Inspected, tested, and covered by two-year warranty - Like New" to save a little money.

    The PC crashed immediately after the initial login. Can stay logged in anywhere from a few minutes to an hour at a time before crashing. Totally unusable. NZXT's response so far is for me to spend hours troubleshooting the issue or send it in for repair. Totally makes sense to sell someone a couple-thousand-dollar PC just to have them repair it. I will likely not do business with NZXT again after this experience.
